I hope that it's not sold out. I live in Portsmouth and it's only a 30 minute drive. Must remember to try for tickets on the 31st...

Phoned for two tickets today.

Making a weekend of it. Hotel already booked. Driving down early Sat morning, check-in, have a nosy round. Off for a pint, then the game whilst Mrs Lowdham and Princess Lowdham are shopping and things. Next day do the seaside. All we need is the weather. **thumbup ...and 3 points.

Just done a bit of research myself and apparently St Denys Station ( a 5 minute train journey from southampton central) is closer to St Marys, also on route from St Denys Station to the ground you will find the Bevois Castle pub which is very welcoming to away supporters. info here http://southampton-pubs.co.uk/bevoiscastle/

From Southampton's website - they suggest using the Park and Ride...

Do you mean the park and ride? or the official coach?

Park and Ride is opposite the big Tescos and took about 10 minutes. After the game they are waiting outside for the supporters good service offered, after when we lost 3-2 2 years ago.

not according to rac route planner? 1.4 miles from central, 2 miles from St Denys?

Not 100% sure though!

we walked it last time, didn't take too long and there were a few pubs on the way!

I would go to the central station as its nearer and easier to get to the ground from.
